Reservations
To validate a reservation, our clients must send a mandatory photo of the official ID with a photo of all people included in the reservation. If there are children under 18, any document proving the legal relationship with the child or a declaration of authorization from the parents or guardians of the minor authorizing the accommodation, including the child's details and the main person in the reservation, certified by a notary, must be submitted.
Payment Methods
To reserve one of our properties, a confirmation payment of at least 50% of the total rental amount is required. Without this payment, the contact will only be considered as an availability inquiry. The remaining balance must be paid up to 15 days before the check-in date.
The 50% reservation payment can be made electronically via credit card through the available digital payment platforms on our website.
If, for any reason beyond our control, the rented property becomes unavailable, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Check-in
Check-in time: from 2:00 PM onwards, without exception.
The client is required to inform us of their arrival time and provide their contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be performed. The check-in process is mostly digital, and the client must contact our reservations department (available 24/7) at +55 81 99486-9792, at least thirty minutes before their arrival at the property. After receiving the contact, we will send specific instructions for entering the property.
If the client arrives before our official check-in time at 2:00 PM, we are not responsible for luggage, early check-in will not be granted, and access to both the apartment and the building will be denied.
For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, the rental charge equivalent to the previous day must be paid.
Check-out
Check-out time: 11:00 AM without exception.
For check-outs between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, we charge the rental equivalent to the following day. If the client does not check out at the agreed time, after a 30-minute grace period, a fine of 100 Reais will be charged if the departure is before 11:00 AM. After 11:00 AM, the fee charged will be equivalent to a full daily rate.
Cancellation and Reservation Changes
In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. No rental or deposit refund will be made if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the end of the term. Changes to reservation dates will only be allowed with confirmation from MEU FLAT NA PRAIA.
MEU FLAT NA PRAIA has the right to immediately terminate the rental, with no refund of any amounts paid by the client, if any of the following situations occur: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum limit defined on our website, disturbances to neighborhood peace and/or violations of condominium rules, organizing parties, consumption of illegal drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay the full rental or security deposit on the agreed-upon dates.
If the reserved property experiences any internet or cable TV issues due to technical problems, MEU FLAT NA PRAIA does not assume responsibility for any connectivity issues or inconveniences arising from these. These services are provided by telecommunication companies and are beyond our control and management. In case of issues with internet connectivity or TV signal, no rental refund will be issued.
Responsibilities and Obligations of Our Guests
The guest assumes full responsibility for the rented property as well as for any items belonging to the condominium. This also applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium's regulations and rules. Any fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the guest. Additionally, this may lead to legal action for damages.
Visitors
Some condominiums do not allow visitors. Please contact us before making any reservation where visitors are expected, so we can provide a more suitable property.
Some reservations do not include electricity and gas consumption; please verify your lease contract. In case energy consumption is charged, the client must pay the corresponding bills for their stay at check-out or, if the rental period exceeds 30 days, after each month.
Jurisdiction
The contracting parties elect the Court of Recife, Pernambuco.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
High Season (January):
The guest may cancel or reschedule their stay free of charge up to 60 days before arrival; after this period, no refund will be made, and rescheduling will not be eligible. In case of no-show without cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
If the cancellation is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within up to 14 business days.
High Season (February, March, July, September, October, November, and December):
The guest may cancel or reschedule their stay free of charge up to 60 days before arrival, subject to availability; after this period, no refund will be made, and rescheduling will not be eligible. In case of no-show without cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
If the cancellation is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within up to 14 business days.
Low Season (April, May, June, and August):
The guest may cancel or reschedule their stay free of charge up to 15 days before arrival; after this period, no refund will be made, and rescheduling will not be eligible.
In case of no-show without cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
If the cancellation is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within up to 14 business days.
Carnival, New Year's Eve, and National Holidays, regardless of the month:
The guest may cancel or reschedule their stay free of charge up to 60 days before arrival; after this period, no refund will be made, and rescheduling will not be eligible. In case of no-show without cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
If the cancellation is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within up to 14 business days.
Note: Cancellations of payments made with credit cards will have expenses, fees, and taxes deducted.
