This apartment is strictly NON-SMOKING. In case any odor, traces, or reports are detected, this rule will be enforced.

Failure to comply with this rule will result in an immediate fine of R$700.00 to cover disinfection and cleaning costs.

Preserving the quality of the environment is a commitment to all guests.

Please note that our unit is not a hotel. Therefore, we do not provide personal hygiene items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, or toothpaste.

Food, beverages, and cooking supplies (such as salt, oil, sugar, coffee, etc.) are also not included.

Your reservation includes all bed and bath linens for the number of guests specified in the booking, with no replacements during the stay.

We recommend that guests bring their own personal items and any provisions they wish to use during their stay. The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay.

- For safety reasons, only registered guests are allowed entry to the property. Guests are not permitted to invite visitors;

- According to the property rules, PETS are not allowed.

- It is required to send a photo of identification documents to the host in advance, as well as presenting an official photo ID (such as an identity card or driver’s license) for all guests before entering the property. Without this, access will not be permitted at the reception.

- We do not accept reservations made on behalf of third parties. The reservation must be in the name of the main guest who will be staying.
